Listings for the region that includes Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Payson, Sedona, Prescott and Prescott Valley typically are more often found in ARMLS than other outlying towns, yet they have their own independent MLS as well. Although ARMLS is not the primary MLS in those regions, agents from those cities often include their Arizona property listings in ARMLS to benefit from the additional exposure that ARMLS can provide. Even home listings in Tucson and Southern Arizona with homes for sale in Benson, Bisbee, Catalina, Douglas, Green Valley, Hereford, Huachuca City, Marana, Nogales, Oro Valley, Pomerene, Rio Rico, Sierra Vista, Tombstone, Tubac, Tumacacori, and Vail fall in this category as well. The same applies to the coverage area of Northwestern Arizona and Mohave County, including Bullhead City, Golden Valley, Lake Havasu City, Dolan Springs, Havasu City, Yucca, Fort Mohave, and Kingman, Arizona.
